Dr. Gary Voytik

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Gary J. Voytik, D.O. received his Doctorate of Osteopathy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991 and did his internship at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and later became Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. In 2003, Dr. Voytik received his Physician’s MBA from Auburn University.


Dr. Voytik has been practicing in Cleveland, Tennessee, since 1996. He stays current on the latest techniques in orthopedic care through continuing education. His practice emphasizes general orthopedics, corrective and rehabilitative medicine for Workman’s Compensation patients, hand surgery, back pain, along with sports medicine, including improving athletic performance and strength. He also emphasizes wellness and rehabilitative medicine.


Dr. Voytik is dedicated to his wife and three beautiful children. He is passionate as a team physician for multiple local high schools and an advocate for the promotion and enhancement of high school athletic programs. He enjoys RVing with his family, is an avid sports fan, and is actively involved in his community.

Brandon West, PA-C

Brandon West, PA-C, is a 1993 graduate of Cleveland High School. He served as a police officer for the Cleveland Police Department for ten years before deciding to change careers from law enforcement to medicine. Brandon decided to pursue his education by returning to Lee University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010. Soon after, Brandon moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he was accepted into Emory School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. In 2013, he graduated with his Master of Science in Physician Assistant and returned to his hometown of Cleveland, TN.


He practiced general primary care medicine for four years prior to joining Voytik Center for Orthopedic Care in 2017. In his off time, Brandon keeps himself active and healthy through physical fitness, hiking, and running. He is married to Evie Lastra West. Together, they have two children, Josh and Brooklyn.

Richard Chapman, PA

Richard Chapman, PA is a native of Cleveland and graduated from Bradley Central High School and Lee University. He attended Trevecca Nazarene University and graduated from the Physician Assistant program in 2006. He has 15 years of experience with orthopedic trauma. He has assisted in surgery with total joint replacements and reconstructive surgeries along with many years of fracture care and your everyday bumps and bruises, aches, and pains. He cares for and is compassionate for all his patients.


He is a member of First Baptist Church in Cleveland. He is married to Olivia Chapman. They have three boys, Jack, Nate, and Ben. Richard enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves to cook and grill. He also enjoys the outdoors and riding bikes.
